Fin assemble shop front facades have been designed to withstand various natural elements and at the same time offer that seamless effect allowing large uninterrupted display areas. This type of installation relies on a calculated glass fin that acts as a ribbed support that has been bonded to the flat sheet of laminated or toughened safety glass.
Standard framed shop front support the glass edge all round as the flat sheet gets placed into the mechanically connected frame system. The glass is then held into place by means of beads that are clipped into the frame. A wedge gasket is then inserted on the inside of the system between the glazing lip & glass sheet. Both systems can be designed to your needs offering various sizes & shapes. These systems are generally used with the commercial retail applications. All doors types can be used within this system making it an extremely versatile system.
